Our classes encourage individuals to use their bodies and surroundings for a functional workout. DB, stability balls, and band training provide an interactive, powerful workout. Through the guidance of a professional trainer you push yourself to achieve desired results.

Milo's Method believes nutrition should be balanced through your lifestyle. In collaboration with our fitness practices, we strengthen ourselves through the foods the Earth provides.
Understanding that our bodies only digest foods harvested from the Earth, we place limits on the amount of processed foods we eat.
In general, Americans suffer from over-eating and indulging in foods high in sugar and fat. Our goal is to re-establish a balance between healthy living and healthy habitats.
Milo's Methods for Kids
Watch your children develop confindence, coordination, strength, agility and endurance as they discover their passion for fitness. Both one-on-one sessions and group training is available for children of all ages. We hear each day that children are showing the highest increase in weight gain and health risks than ever before. The only way to cure this epidemic and ensure our children live a long, healthy life is to education not only the mind, but the body. It is never too early to begin to develop healthy life habits.
Sport specific programs are designed for athletes with each athletes' individual goal in mind. Our philosophy believes in hard work, dedication and muscle memory. Understanding Wolff's Law, a theory developed to explain the body's natural ability to strengthen the bones used routenily for a specific training, an athlete can improve overall skills by using practical movement.
Both in-season and off-season we focus athletic training programs on the fundamentals that distinguish a good athlete from an elite athlete. Plyometrics, speed, agility and quickness are taught in order to produce the strength and force to perform as an elite athlete.
